LeadRelay ("we", "us", "our") is a business-to-business lead generation service. We run advertising campaigns and online quote request forms, including forms delivered via Facebook and Instagram, and relay the resulting inquiries to local service businesses ("partners"). This policy explains how we handle information about our business partners and about the consumers who submit inquiries through our campaigns.

Information We Collect

From business partners and prospective partners we collect company name, contact name, business email, phone number, service type, service area, and any details submitted through our forms or in correspondence with us. From consumers responding to our campaigns we collect name, phone number, email where provided, location, and the project details they choose to share.

How We Use Information

Business contact information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss territory availability, deliver leads, and administer our commercial relationship, including billing and lead-dispute review. Consumer inquiry information is used solely to relay the request to the relevant partner so they can follow up. We do not sell information to third parties.

Roles and Responsibilities

For consumer inquiry data, LeadRelay acts as the party collecting the information and passing it to the partner. Once a lead is delivered, the receiving partner is independently responsible for how it uses that information, including its own privacy, marketing, and contact practices.

Who Receives Information

Consumer inquiries are shared only with the single partner covering that territory and service. Business partner information may be shared with service providers that support our operations, such as advertising platforms, hosting, scheduling, email, and payment processing, and with authorities where required by law.

Third-Party Platforms

Quote request forms may be delivered via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads, and calls may be booked through our scheduling provider. Those platforms' own privacy policies also apply to information collected through them.

Data Retention

We retain lead records and partner records only as long as necessary to deliver and document our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold and limit access to those who need it to operate the service.

Your Rights

Business contacts and consumers may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of their information, or to opt out of further communication from us.
